Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. There's no minimum spend and no surprises at checkout: what you see in your cart is what you pay.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel. If it hasn't arrived in your inbox, have a quick look in your spam or promotions folder. You can also track any time by entering your order number and email address on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund or exchange. Items need to be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Email us first at info@matilda-melbourne.com and we'll take you through it. This sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law — if something arrives faulty or isn't as described, you're covered regardless.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders quickly, so get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped, we're happy to change the size, colour or delivery address, or cancel it entirely. Once it's with the courier we can't make changes, but you can still return it under our 30-day policy.
